Career of choice: Realtor but I can honestly say, It has never felt like WORK, I love it that much

Location: All over Greater Vancouver, I know it all well having lived all over the city at different points in my life. My main focus is in Burnaby and New Westminster.

Best thing about having me as your realtor: I am the straightest shooter you will meet. Honesty is the only policy. I represent you with the highest integrity… You are not a dollar sign, you are a person I truly care about. Period.

Not much into bragging but worth noting are the following….. I was not born into a Real Estate Family, very blue collar in fact(great people – thanks fam!). I just took to this fabulous career at about age 18 when I began property management. I worked in sales and marketing with some of the top companies in Canada before I applied and was selected for the BCIT REAL ESTATE program, it is one of a kind in Canada and I can assure you almost every big name in real estates kids have been there. I was not a big name but a gal on a mission. I have a well rounded education and know the ins and outs of real estate financing, economics, law, negotioning, sales, and marketing. You name it, we did it and it was a TOUGH school. I left BCIT with a head full of knowledge and since 2004 have been working tirelessly to create this brand and vision. I could tell you about awards like Medallion etc… but does the public know that the Medallion award means you're in the top 10% of the industry? Probably not. I gauge my success by the feedback of my clients as that is of the utmost importance and would rather give you references from my client list then to brag about such an award. My clients happiness is the best reward in the world.

What really matters is my relationship with you and the job I do. I’m GREAT at my job. I really go the extra mile because I’m passionate about taking care of my clients.

On a personal note : )…….. I LOVE this job but do have a wonderful life as well. I am a single mom to a wonderful 4 year old boy who is the apple of my eye and center of my world, truly. We enjoy everything from community fairs to swimming to taking the skytrain down to Commercial for dinner at a different ethnic restaurant every week. Who needs a hot date when I already have such a cute one : ) I am also actively involved in the Edmonds association and donate proceeds of all sales to Unicef and the Childrens hospital, I feel many of us are uber fortunate and believe you must pay it forward.
