So….. You have decided to buy your first home, your second, downsize…. There are so many reasons. A lot of agents don’t like working with buyers, a very true fact. It takes more legwork and running around. I personally LOVE it. Both buying and selling are so different. I could tell you miles and miles of info about buying or we could meet for a coffee for 45 minutes and I could give you a book with a step by step outline of what happens when you buy and what to expect and you will be the most educated buyer in the market. Before you work with an agent, why not sit down, learn a lot about buying and todays market and the costs associated with buying and we will both decide if we are a good fit for one another. You have to like who you are working with and there is an agent out there for everyone.

And also… there is this thing called a BUYER CONTRACT…. That binds you to me for a term…. I dislike (well hate them) and will never use them. My buyers always stay with me once we decide to work together, no contract is necessary : )
